这几天因为久坐身体又不舒服了,赶紧去上瑜伽课。每次忙起来就忘了要运动,等到身体不舒服的时候才想起来。疼痛是身体提醒我们要休息了,但是经常是发生的时候已经来不及了,要花很多时间去恢复。中国人经常说“身体是革命的本钱”,真的要好好照顾好身体!

Zhè jǐ tiān yīnwèi jiǔzuò shēntǐ yòu bù shūfu le, gǎnjǐn qù shàng yújiā kè. Měicì máng qǐlái jiù wàng le yào yùndòng, děngdào shēntǐ bù shūfu de shíhou cái xiǎng qǐlái.
