- It emphasizes determination, not simply speed.
- It is common when talking about choices, promises, applications, or important decisions.

- You do not have to give the exact time of every event.
- It is useful for describing work, study, travel, and living experience.

Grammar & Usage
- 不怎么 makes a mild negative statement: something happens infrequently or to a low degree.
- 根本没有 is much stronger and means there is completely none.
- Choose the expression according to how strong you want the negative meaning to be.

我慢慢地就不怎么发视频了。更主要的原因是，我根本没有时间做视频。

Grammar & Usage
- 为了 introduces the purpose of the action that follows.
- 把 places the object before the verb, while 得 introduces the result or degree.
- Use this pattern when explaining what action you took to improve a result, quality, or outcome.

Previously, I did not actively speak Chinese very much because I was always afraid of making mistakes. Later, I decided without hesitation to practise speaking every day. To express my ideas more clearly, I began practising every day. Later, I successively tried shadowing, keeping a diary, and joining language exchanges. At first, I simply had no confidence speaking Chinese in front of other people. Now I practise every day, and I hope to speak more naturally in the future.
